We are calling all friends of Nottingham and further who have graced our little Saloon.
The Nottingham Food & Drink Awards 2017 are upon us again. We weren’t quite open to be involved in them last year but we are this year and hitting it full steam ahead and wanting to take on the big boys.
We aren’t on the high street, we don’t have a mega bucks marketing budget and we don’t have gold plated toilets.
We do however have an exceptional award winning bar team, outstanding service, the largest American Whiskey selection this side of the country and some of the finest cocktails this side of the country too.
So help get us to the nomination stages and let us do the rest. One vote or many votes is greatly appreciated, if not then still come share a Whiskey with us.

Still under a year old we have brought countless free Whiskey sessions to consumers and industry alike. A breadth of new Whiskies to Nottingham’s fair city and won competitions on a National stage already.
This is at the absolute forefront of a our mantra and will never let up. We have attained a flawless 5* ratings record on Facebook for not only quality in product but service also, which is the be all and end all but certainly an indication.

Because this is what we do, and do well. As a specialist Whiskey and Cocktail bar, we aim to craft all drinks with in house frozen and hand carved ice utilising only the finest products by a entire team of award winning bartenders. There is no product in the bar that we are not well versed on and happy to deliver it in a fashion (even Old Fashioned) that will not only meet but exceed expectations.

Life is better with bacon. It has a magical quality that just can’t be denied.

The workhorse of many flavourful dishes is now being given its very own platform – Bacon this is your heyday! Bacon transforms two pieces of plain bread into a dish from the heavens.
The back of the animal is where you will find the most prized and expensive cuts, though low cuts from the belly are super tasty and what we call streaky bacon – just bacon to the Americans. Berkshire is the most popular hog, prized for their long bellies.
2 slices of bacon average 73 calories, and the monounsaturated fats in bacon also contain B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12 along with zinc, iron and magnesium – get your vitamins!
