This grown up fruit salad is as colourful as the most hideous Hawaiian shirt you’ve ever seen. It’s super juicy and crammed full of fruity hop flavours that will have your mouth watering. Packed full of American hops, amplified by Peach, Passionfruit, Pineapple and Mango flavours.
Old Engine Oil Black Ale 6% (Alva, Scotland, bottle, 330ml) ||
Remarkably smooth, creamy brew with a beautiful velvety mouthfeel. Enjoy flavours of coffee, slightly buttered toffee, dark chocolate and earthy hops. You may find some mild cherry fruit within the residual sweetness.
Lonerider Saloon style Pilsner 4.2% (Raleigh, North Carolina, can, 355ml) ||
This was brewed to be a sessionable pilsner. A beer that you can have more than two of, and not be under the table. The grist is made from mostly German Pilsner malt with small additions of munich and extrin malts. The hop character comes from Czech Saaz hops, which gives the style its classic spiciness. Lemon zest is used in the whirlpool to give it a subtle tartness, that adds to the refreshing taste.
Pistonhead Kustom lager 4.6% (Sweden, can, 330ml) ||
Full bodied malt flavour with a balanced, distinct bitterness and a citrus nose. Malt: Pilsner & Munchener Hops: Spalter select, Magnum and Perle.
Meantime London Lager 4.5% (England, bottle, 330ml) ||
Brewed with East Anglian malt and Kentish hops in London. A modern, slightly hoppy lager; biscuity and crisp with a hint of lemon.

Brewed using a decoction mash, a time consuming, traditional four vessel brewing process discarded by many contemporary brewers. Full, smooth body, slightly sweet caramel, with floral, piney, citrus notes.

A classic Pinot Noir dominated Brut Champagne: citrus notes, followed by green apple, & pear. The blend is constructed from about 100 crus; with up to 55% of the blend being Pinot Noir, with the balance almost evenly split between Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Reserve wines, which build complexity, make up about 15% of the blend, generally these are from Grand Cru vineyards; the wine spends 30 months resting on its lees.
